We accept company checks and will soon be accepting online payments.

Delivery Policy

If you are purchasing physical goods, they will be shipped via common carrier such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Virtual goods are delivered via download.

Refunds

We offer refunds only for software/services. Hardware and firmware are exempt from any refunds. If you have an extensive issue, please contact us.

Partial refunds granted (if applicable)

  • Prorated Service refund

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

  • If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
